Dr. Enrique took his subspecialty training in Facial Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery with special interest on Rhinoplasty. He is an advocate of full autologous rhinoplasty especially rib cartilage use.
He took further training in South Korea under Dr. Peter Kim to maximize the applications of rib cartilages using ultrafine-diced rib utilizing the Iron Man Technique developed and popularized by Dr. P. Kim himself.
As of this writing, Dr. Enrique is the first and only surgeon in the Philippines to apply such technique with highly favorable results.
Dr. Enrique describes his Rhinoplasty as FARE- Functional (patients can breathe better after), Autologous (no chance of rejection since implants are harvested from the patient himself/herself), Reconstructive (facial deformity esp. from trauma) and Esthetic (Aesthetic).
He is currently the Chairman of the Department of ENT-Head and Neck Surgery in Pacific Global Medical Center and the Vice-Chairman of Providence Hospital Inc.
